From a spreadsheet to orderly teamwork. CRM, notes, workspaces and campaigns, made for people who sell in small teams.

Each company you find becomes a lead in a pipeline that updates itself. Notes stay next to the company, follow-ups reach the right colleague, and nobody contacts the same lead twice.

Drag a lead, the rest follows. The status moves on its own: New, Contacted, Qualified.

One column for each stage, one reminder for each next step.

Add contacts by hand or upload the CSV you use today, group them by company and drag the card from one column to the next: the status moves from New to Contacted to Qualified. On each lead you set a follow-up with a date and an assigned colleague, and the history of sent emails stays, with opens and clicks.

Write next to the company. The AI tidies up, you confirm.

Take a note on any company, lead or campaign: written on the company, it also shows on its lead. Add tags, the text saves as you write, and type @ to mention a colleague. With “Review” the AI puts it in order and proposes CRM updates that you confirm one by one; private notes stay unread by the AI.

Clients kept apart by segment or by colleague. Shared where it helps, private where it does not.

A workspace holds its own lists, its own CRM, its own campaigns and its own notes: you open one per sector, per region or per person, and move a company from one to another when it changes hands. You share only the ones you want to: whoever you invite sees what is inside, except private notes.

Nobody contacts the same lead twice. Invitations, assigned follow-ups, notifications.

Invitations by email

Create the organization, invite a colleague, accept with a link. They join the workspaces you share with them.

Assigned follow-ups

The reminder reaches whoever has to act, with the due date. If the lead replies, it closes on its own.

Mentions and notifications

An @name in a note, a reply received, a campaign finished: all in the notification centre.

Sequences with rules, sends with approval. From your mailbox, in your hours.

Build a sequence by lining up the steps: email, wait, branch on open or reply, task, tag. Choose the audience from your lists and read every draft before it goes out: edit it, have the AI rewrite it, or approve it. The emails go out from the mailbox you connect, inside the hours you set.

Before you invite the team.

Can I bring in the contacts I already have in a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export the sheet as a CSV and upload it into the CRM: each contact becomes a lead, grouped by company. The notes column becomes a real note, attached to the contact.

What do colleagues see in a shared workspace?

Everything: lists, the CRM, campaigns, notes. Except the notes you marked as private, which nobody sees, not even the AI.

Do the emails go out from StarFinder?

No. They go out from the mailbox you connect, Outlook or an SMTP/IMAP mailbox. StarFinder records the send, the opens and the clicks.

What happens if a lead replies while a sequence is running?

The sequence stops for that person: the later emails do not go out. The linked follow-up closes on its own and you find the reply in the notification centre. With an SMTP/IMAP mailbox the check runs at intervals, not immediately.

Can I keep clients separate from those of my colleagues?

Yes: a workspace of your own, not shared, for the clients you follow alone, and a shared one for the rest. You move a company from one to the other when you need to.

Take your team out of the spreadsheet.

Start for free, invite a colleague whenever you want. The lists, the CRM and the notes stay together.
